Asked for Male, 24 Years

My father has heart problems and suffers high bp. He has done his echo but his doctor says everything is fine and still ask for TRT to be done in two weeks. I am stressed because doctor won't tell anything and says everything is fine. Please someone tell me what are the findings of the report attached.
