Asked for Female, 19 Years

Since today afternoon im felling fainty along with a feeling of vomit. I had been physical somtimes no sex only rubbed his penis around my vagina. also im having pain in my left side lower back. I was recently diagnosed with pcod! im on homeopathic treatment sinse a month for pcod. want to rule out pregnancy asap. my last period date was 28th august in which bleeding possibly occured after taking deviry! please suggest when should i take the pregnancy test which will be 100% accurate?
