You can continue with the homeopathic medicine to get away from the side effects of Ativan.
You need to continue both homeopathic medicine and Ativan simultaneously. Slowly we need to taper down the dosage of Ativan as per your progress.
It's a long term treatment but better to go for it.
You are still young so you can do it.....

Hi... These are prescription medicines, I hope you consulted a Psychiatrist before start consuming them. Sedation is one of the side effects of this medicine and when combined with the other medicine you have mentioned, this side effect of sedation may increase. If you are taking the medication to address short term anxiety, I would rather suggest you to try Psychotherapy and Lifestyle Changes at the first place before starting any medication. Also, now do not abruptly stop consuming these medicines because it may create withdrawal symptoms. You need to consult a Psychiatrist before making any changes in the usage and dosage of psychiatric medication.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for Medication.
I know some good Psychiatrist in Bangalore but not in Chennai and I can share contact.
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
