Please help

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 28years old and I had sex for the first time. It was unplanned and unprotected. I panicked so I took postinor 2 about 24 hours after. 5days later I started on an antibiotic (cipronol-TN) and on this same day I started spotting brown discharge which had some blood in it. I think it's my period but I'm too early and it looks and feels different from my normal period. I don't know if this is as a result of the postinor2 tablets or the cipronol-TN. I'm freaking out and I don't know who else to talk to. Please keep this confidential. I appreciate your help. Many thanks
