Asked for Male, 127 Years

Hello doctor My baby is 5 months old and from yesterday night I am giving him stage one Cerelac wheat and Apple from morning 3 o'clock his having fever and from morning 11 he is having cold also is this because of starting solid or due to climatic change .by morning 3 o'clock he had a temperature of 100.4 and now he is having 99.6 what should I do now should I stop solids or is there any other solution please let me know

Solids won't lead to a condition like this. These are symptoms of acute viral infection. The fever should go away in 72 hours. Continue the same feeds, but the child might not be willing to eat solids as he is unwell. Don't force feed. Offer breastmilk more often and keep on offering food if he is willing to take
