I experience shortness of breath when sleeping, so my doctor advised for ECG results are attached I have diagnosed diabetes today of RBS =180 Habc1=8.0 Heart BPM =96 Spo2 =96%

Okay. If you are over weight or you snore while sleeping then you will need a Sleep study to rule out obstructive sleep apnea. Control Diabetes as you are too young to have it
