Lost the whole of the nail part of the right hand middle finger 25 years back in an accident. Is there any way Plastic surgery can fix this now? How will the procedure be?
There is no nail on the finger. That part was whole crushed and at that time nothing was there to do to fix it.

Hello... If there is only loss of nail it will grow on its in few weeks but nail bed should be intact, in your case ,whole part including nail bed, terminal phalange is gone. And scar has been formed, soon after cut separated part can be surgically joined by plastic surgeon. Now nothing can be done on this.
