Planning for first child

I m 27 years old i got married 2 years ago and i am suffering from piles (3moles ) since 1 an half year i took unani medicine which gave me proper relief in my piles and even in constipation i started tht medicine in last year october nd left in jan. Again when i felt little uncomfrt i took tht for 10 days around 2 month i m not taking any medicine. As it had been 2 years so we are planning for child so i would like to know should i conceive in this month and my pregnancy will effect in anyways
