Planning a baby
I m actually confused as people tells me that beat time to conceive a baby or say plan is 10-18 days from the start of ur period and some tells me to calculate -14 from the next coming date of period... Plz help me... My periodic cycle is of 34 days... Can u plz tell me this month when shall I start planning...
M actually nt happy with the strips available in market too as they always tell me negative...

In regular cycle the unsafe period that means for the time for trying for baby 11 -18th day of period.As ur cycle 34 days then it would be 11th -20th day of last period
