Hello doctors, 1st pic is Right testicle , the 2nd one is left testicle, from 2022 I post covid I got pain in right testicle and groin sometimes nerve pinching pain, later some white thing is attached to right testicle I don't know what it is sometimes it fills with white liquid sometimes it goes and when white liquid comes on pipe the testicle slightly turn right side and swollen pipe will appears the same thing happening in left testicle very hanging lower nerve pain too while moving any movement No pain while masturbation but burning Post masturbation, prostate pain while urine and burning lower abdomen pain groin pain and feeling numbness like compressing nerve of right leg too, my age is 23 no family history of cancer, No undescended testicles, i am worry whether it is testicle cancer, few years back I got Swollen lymphnodes Lymphadenopathy near right side para aortic region will it indicates cancer? Feeling like swollen epidymis and cyst pl help me is it torion I am in depresn
