Hello doctors I keep reading articles from google abt health so I read one article on testicle about Testicle Torsion, now am really very depressed can't able to sleep at night due to this fear doc, pl help me to relax out I read Testicle Torsion happens at Injury, While sleeping thats why I afraid to sleep from 1 month My headache started I always think I don't want to lose testicle from Torsion in future Please tell me How to avoid this? How torison happens while sleep ? Will two testicles get torsion or only one? If one testicle is it doesn't make biological child? Will it pain? Pl

No no.. your fear is unreasonable. It's more common in teenage ... Just sleep alone is not a cause for torsion. Sudden weight lifting, injury, sudden growth as in puberty are more common causes.. torsion is a very rare condition after 25 yrs and even if it occurs surgery within 6 hrs can easily save the testis and prevent any issues ... Torsion will be extremely painful. So you can't miss it when it happens.. but nonetheless your fear is not valid .. take care. Nothing else needs to be done. Consult doctors for opinion. Don't waste time on social media opinions
