I have pityriasis rosea from 15 days. I'm using betnovate+ hydromate lotion. I ahev spots on my back face and arms. How to prevent it from spreading and is it contagious?should I apply on my face.?creams? Also I'm noticing skin has been scaling out?is it okay? Why it happens and how?
