Pinching sensation and bleeding in Stool

I had piles laser surgery last year in June. I suffered tremendous post surgery pain after that for almost 8 months even after consultation and blood was passing in the stool occasionally even till date. I had to strain sometimes to pass the stool and when I pass it, I get pinched in anal area. My diet consists of mostly fiber. Can I get relieved from this pain once for all or do I have to carry it with me throughout my life. Please help.
