After carefully listening to your history n evaluating the issue we suggests....
Pimples are related to androgen. When we get near puberty then they start .... Sexual urges also results of high androgen. Don't use androgen blocker, this can lead to low libido. What i suggest use vitamin A for this and maintain a clean face wash regularly to remove the dust n sebum from your sweat gland pores. If it's bacterial then consider antibiotics like clindamycine.
