Pimples problem

I tookthe medicines Saferet-10 and Lycostar and after using that my all pimples were gone from the face chest and back......
but now they all came back .....i think its cause is Masturbation.....
so again i will take the same medicine or not...and yes i m a boy of 18 years
plz help me

Please don't take those medicine without doctor's supervision. Masturbation has no relation to acne.
