I GOT LITTLE PIMPLES ON MY UPPER SHOULDER BEFORE TWO MONTHS. THEY LEFT A MARK ON MY SHOULDERS. IRRITATING TO SEE THOSE MARKS. WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET RID OF THEM? SUGGEST ME WHAT I SHOULD NOT EAT TO GET RID OF THEM ...

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. It comes on the back and shoulder area as red boils which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Please don't apply oil on your head. Please send photos for proper examination and detailed prescription.
