It's look alike inflammation of skin or wart like presentation..does it painless. Genital wart often painless ..take antibiotics for 5 days if it's heal , avoid any soap or shampoo over there ..need to apply form nti inflammatory or antifungal cream over there..for detailed evaluation need to connect
