Pimples on one side of cheek
Of late since 3months I'm getting pimple on my cheek and are forming dark spots .
How to cure them and main pimple free skin.
I don't use any skin care products .I wash my face using one of the following bath soaps medimix/Margo/pears .

Ur pimples must be treated by a dermatologist physically
may need a small injection into pimples
And good treatment must be given
