Does ice help in reducing fresh pimples that are pinkish red in color? What is other alternative for treating the sudden outbreak of these pimples.

Avoid certain products, such as facial scrubs, astringents and masks, because they tend to irritate skin, which can worsen acne. Excessive washing and scrubbing also can irritate skin..... Avoid irritants. You may want to avoid oily or greasy cosmetics, sunscreens....Don't pick or squeeze blemishes. Doing so can cause infection or scarring. Consult Dermatologist...

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I don't think  it helps but you can try it out. Wash your face twice or thrice a day using perowash facewash. Drink plenty of fluids.
