Pimple rash on palm
Recently I observed few pimple type rashon palm, its likemosquito bite, althhough its not itching, but i m not sure what it is burining mark or something.

Hi. Greetings. This could be something like an allergy after coming in contact with something or pompholyx. Photo is not very clear. Please send clearer pictures on private chat or meet me or a dermatologist near you personally. For now use simple Vaseline jelly. Hope this helps.
