I use all medicines prescribed to me ause the patanjali facewash too but cannot rid of black marks and pimples from my face can you suggest a permanent solution

hello there.
at your age, the hormonal changes are causing the pimples.
it will go by itself with age.
drink lots of water, wash your face atleast 3 times a day, consult a dermatologist for further help.
you could get peeling done, it will help.
