Pimples are commonly seen at your age because of change in hormones. However lifestyle like stress, excessive junk food and lack of exercise can make acne worse. Please pay attention to your diet and include plenty of fruits and vegetables and protein. Avoid smoking and junk food. Drink plenty of water. Use a salicylic acid face wash twice a day. Use a gel based sunscreen. Avoid picking at your acne. If acne persists or leaves depressed scars or pigmentation it is advisable to meet a dermatologist so they can advise you on the best treatment plan
