Pimple on left arm
My son is 50 days old and he is having a pimple on his left arm since last 5-6 days, no pain is there on touching but redness is present. Should i apply something on that area or will it cure on its own. Kindly advice i'm bit worried. Attaching his pic below.

I think it is on the site of BCG vaccination...
it is very normal to have pus formation on BCG vaccination site at this age.
Nothing to be done. the pus may come out .you just have to clean it with clean cotton dipped in warm water.

It is due to the BCG vaccination given at birth

The swelling will increase and discharge pus and then heal on its own. This is normal
