Pimple like develops on my shoulder
I have pimple like problem on my shoulder and head and it keeps on coming. I am suffering from this for a year and I don't what exactly it is. The pimple like develops in my hair follicles. What should I do?

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't apply oil on your head.
