Pimple all over the face
My new born daughter 1 month old is having birth acne all over her face and neck which is reduced now. But since yesterday I noticed red spots on the face and neck. Please let me know whether it is some kind of allergy. Image attached

Hello!!
This will resolve by itself.avoid oil massage on face .
You can use gentle baby wash or baby soap.

This condition would resolve spontaneous. Use gentle baby soap, virgin coconut oil. If persistent, then do consult.
