Pilonoidal Sinus
Have a small opening just below the spine. I have trouble sitting for long hours. Getting acute pain at the spot just below the spine. What is the best solution for it?

Pilonidal cysts usually occur when hair punctures the skin and then becomes embedded. If a pilonidal cyst becomes infected, the resulting abscess is often extremely painful. The cyst can be drained through a small incision or removed surgically....Consult nearest surgeon for clinical examination they will do the needful.
