The pilondial sinus channel seems closed. But the channel is inflammed around the year. There is no drainage too. What is it? Is there any surgeon to make incision on it and debride it?
Having a medicine adventure here at various doctors hand.

Hi there...pilonodal sinus will require incision and drain. The whole cavity will have to removed. The operation is usually done under spinal anaesthesia. You will need a complete work up before the operation. Kindly consult any general surgeon at a hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
