Pilidonal cyst that's not bursting.

I have a pilidonal cyst I went to the doctors on Wednesday and was given antibiotics but it has got bigger how can I make it burst as fast as possible, I have been using castor oil and a heat pack. A head is slightly forming but it's scared tissue in that location so isn't weak enough to burst there yet. I have not had any operations on it I am trying not to. Is the ok for me to try and burst it my self by pushing it i would say it's a little bigger than a golf ball and really red. I can't get a gp appointment until Tuesday and desert go to a and e, if I did decide to go to the hospital just so they can relieve the pressure would I be able to drive home or does someone have to take me there and home, Thanks for any help i appreciate it I'm in excruciating pain
