Piles problem
I have this problem from last 3 years. It comes and goes away by itself within a week or 2. Because of that I feel itching and swelling in my anus.
Please suggest some good ways to overcome this problem.
And, I have heard that there are no permanent solution for it, is it true?????

Hello
Piles or hemorrhoids, as they are called are some times due to long sitting in one place, as driving etc
It may be hereditary too. Irregular food & bowel habits too can cause Piles.
