Hello,   It's external piles. Change your diet to vegitarian with least oil n least spices., Plenty of liquids like nimupani mausambi juice coconut water butter milk,fresh curd etc salad to be taken before lunch and dinner.  So you never required any doc, difficulties. If stool is hard take some stool softener what ever isabgolhusk or cremafine pink 15ml so stool remains soft.locally apply vaslin or oint what u used..ok.
