Sir i have 2 lumps (small) lumps around it(private part) when I searched it on the internet i came to know that i am Suffering from piles. But sir i dont have any pain or any bleeding. But i have to use finger while doing toilet.I think sir its the beginning..sir i dont have any pain bleeding but i have two lumps aroud it . Sir pls tell me the home remedy pls sir ... sir i have also searched the remedy tgere the ramdev baba told that drink 1 cup of milk with adding half lemon juice.. is it good sir?
