Hello there. You need to meet a Surgeon. Also here are a few things you need to keep in mind regarding your problem. 1. Don't have non veg, oily and spicy foods. 2. Stop having anything which has green chillies or lot of red chillies. 3. Have a high fiber diet and let your diet consist more of fruits and vegetables. 4. Have a bowl of curd everyday and if possible have curd rice atleast once a day. 5. In the night take isagbol or syp. Dulcolax 15 ml before bed. 6. You can continue the warm water with betadine. 7. Tab. Cefixime and ofloxacin200 combination twice a day for 3 days. If still persists, I suggest you consult a general surgeon without delay. Regards
