Picky eater
Not eating anything...not even fruits and lunch...little bit happy bcz he is active...what is the solution??!!

If child is active no worries..but he can develop micro n macronutrients deficiency...u can make food interesting like if she doesnt eat vegetables u can make stuffed parathas with vegetables.. For fruits smothie can b made like banana smoothie apple smoothie..do not give outside food like chips etc sometimes chidren  fill their apetite with  chips etc ..give home made food only.if anyways not eating food properly.further tests can b done  n supplements should b added..u can for consultation

Give one sachet of ors in 200 ml Lukewarm water. Give home food. No spicy, oily or junk food.Avoid outside food intake.No snacks (packaged, high sugar/salt content). *General danger sign* (the child is not able to drink or vomits everything .the child is lethargic or unconscious). Most children with a general danger sign need URGENT referral to hospital/physical meet with pediatrician for review. Watch for vitals(urine output/urine color/blood in stool/fever/activity)....if deterioration present do follow u p
