6 months back I used to run a lot..like 10-12 kms daily and that was my routine for last 4 years.
Lately, I've been really busy into my startup and hardly do any physical exercise (I don't even get out of my flat). I recently noticed I got tired and winded just after taking stairs for 2 floors.
I'm not overweight, I'm 23, M, ~56 kgs, 170cm
