  4. Phlegm in chest. Whole food which i ate!

I don't have any cough, but phlegm is in chest from so many days.It is very much irritating while eating food is going to complete which leads to vomiting and goes out whole food which I ate

U might be suffering from gerd. Avoid spicy and oily food
