Phimosis with ballooning of foreskin
Respected doctors. This 2 year old child had phimosis (we noticed foreskin not coming back and ballooning of foreskin while urinating) since 4 months.  When he born it is ok, but we noticed recently. Please suggest me some remedies to try before any consultation. Is it ok or need urgent consultation. Is there any cream to treat this. Thank you.

Normally there is physiological phimosis till 5 year of age which resolves spontaneously. But if the child is having uti, crying while urinating, or having symptoms due to phimosis then he needs circumcision
Next Steps
needs physical evaluation by a urologist.
