Phimosis! Foreskin attached to my pennis
I have my pennis foreskin attached to the pennis by birth. The foreskin is attached to the tip of my pennis to the head of my pennis round like a ring attached from tip of pennis. I can not pull back my pennis . It hurts. Is surgery only solution for the problem?
