Phelm in Throat
Hello, I am a smoker :( I have 2 tooth cavities and 2 to be RCT. Treatment not started. Recently for the past 20 days, i feel something blocks in my throat. Most of the day it is normal but sometimes it is irritating or paining while drinking water or swallowing. Hot or warm drinks feels OK. Cough is not frequent. I need to clear my throat only while I smoke rest of the time is Ok. There is no problem with breathing. I feel my chest is OK. I did not feel any pain in anywhere like joints, chest or neck. I feel no pain while pushing gently on my throat or neck. While coughing, only a small amount of phelm is coming out which is clear like gel. Some times it tastes like little bloody. My tongue looks pale yellow coated from center to inside. I am trying to quit smoking but not completely. I could manage to 10 from 15 by 3 months. Also I did not lose my weight and keep it between 71kg to 73kg from this April. I am 5.5 tall. I need to know what kind of diagnosis required right now. Thanks.
