  4. Pharyngitis. Daughter. please suggest.

My doctor said my daughter is having pharyngitis and he suggested imol for fever but the fever not redusing and after 4 hours we tried meftal it redused it's getting control is that safe or not to give and for both medicine what is the time gaph advice to give to my daughter.please suggest.Thanks.
