Pharyngeal abrasion
I have hurt my throat wall trying to eat too many French fries together that had sharp edges ... Now there are little red patches in throat wall and it's paining a bit while swallowing... Will this resolve on its own? Or I should take some medication?

You seem to have developed ulceration of oral cavity induced by hot or spicy food. Usually it will resolve in few days. You can apply anesthetic local applications and take painkiller medications for few days
