I am smelling smells that arnt there and having small muscle spasms. I get a headache about every 3 weeks that last about a day each

Sometimes phantosomias could be olfactory hallucinations. Such symptoms are seen sometimes as part of certain type of fits called as complex partial seizures. Very rarely Seen in certain brain tumors. If your symptoms are persistent then an MRI of brain and an EEG may help clarify the issue. Consult a Neuro Specialist.
