Peyroine Disease Starting. Disease?

Before 9 month I intercouse with a girl, and she had multiple partners than after 10 days some races appear in my penis, I apply cream in races and races will reduce but not fully reduce, but I again go for intercouse and than blood leaking from Penis Foreskin, than my penis eraction problem start, after some days my penis eract normally but than penis eraction slowly slowly down, and now my eraction not maintain in 2 second and penis length also decrease after eraction,  and when I want to try my penis eract than mild pain also having, I think this is peyroine disease but not sure bcz my eraction in not maintain so I think this is vains leak, after I consult many of urologist than he says ur penis is normal, but I know my penis is not like before, and than I touch it I don't feel like before , I want to know what is the reason of my eraction problem but I don't do penile Doppler test, can This condition Homepetic of ayurvedic treatment effective, this is  peyroine disease ??
