Than overcooked rice,green vegetable soup, etc. Last is overcooked green leafy VEGETABLE. SLOWLY RESUME NORMAL DIET.avoid ,friedspicy, GREASY JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.nimupani, coconut water mosambi juice butter milk fresh curd rice,etc.ok.
