I am assuming he might be prematurely born and cerebral palsy child
If it's mild,( mri will be helpful for assessing the severity)
There will be motor as well as cognitive disability
He needs speech, motor physio, medication, may require some corrective surgery. Be in touch with ur pediatric neurologist he will guide you.
