Periods problem
I have a menstrual problem. Its doesnot occur in regular basis. I happens in every alternate month and i want to reduce my fat from belly. What should i do?

have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. For ladies aerobic exercises and yoga works better ,irregular periods could be due to Eating disorders, like anorexia and bulimia,Excessive weight gain or weight loss; extreme thinness and obesity both cause your menstrual cycle to become irregular or even to disappear,Stress or emotional problems,Hormonal problems, for example, when the thyroid malfunctions,overexercising etc... Consult gynaecologist once
