Periods Problem - Have Irregular Periods , My Cycle Varies From

Have irregular periods , my cycle varies from ,33 to 45 days ! This time was having cramps from day 38 but No periods till date , did home pregnancy test on day 43 ,tested negative . It's day 46 having cramps for a week but nothing else . No spotting or anything . Are these cramps without periods normal or what ? Need help
