Periods pain aftr taking primoult n

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I m taking primoult n twice a day 1 tablet on third day i have pain in my lower abdominal n back like periods pain so my doctor adviced to take 4 medicines daily to stop periods bt still i have pain like periods n uneasyness in lower Abdomen plz suggest smthng ?? I dnt want my periods to start as i m on my holy trip!!???
