I hv gone through c- sec on 23rd Aug 2015. I m feeding my son. I had not yet get my periods. This is been almost 10 months by now. I checked with colleagues who have delivered after me. They don't have this problem. My mother did not have this problem. My sister delivered after me she also did not have n she is also feeding her kid.
I have sever lower back pain post operation.
I want to understand whether I have any serious concern to look into and how can get normal from lower back pain. Kindly suggest some tips to me to handle my busy daily activities.

Some people who exclusively breastfeed their babies,may have delayed menses upto few months to one year.due to high prolactin level.but their are still chances to get pregnant during this phase.do first of all do ur pregnancy test.if its negative,then there is no need to worry but do start some contraceptive method.
