Periods not coming, last date on 4th apr

Asked for Female, 23 Years

It's been 37+ days but her periods are yet not coming. Last time she had periods on 4th April and prior to that she had it on 28th Feb. Her periods are a bit irregular lately too but this time it has taken a lot of time. She did pregnancy test twice in last 7 days. Both time, result came negative showing no pregnancy sign. This is again based on preganews test results not sure how much it to be rely on. Please suggest how to go about it. Thanks

There are various reasons of irregular periods. One has to rule out pregnancy first. But then, if that's negative, get a sonography done to rule out other pathologies.
