Periods delayed
We were planning family from past few months however wasn't successful.this time my periods are delayed by 16 days.i get frequent cramps however no sign of periods get tired very quickly and thirsty most of the time unlike before.i did an impatient pregnancy test o 10 day which was negative .should I be hopefull of being pregnant when should I test home pregnancy test.

Hello There.
I can understand your concern.
sometimes the periods can get delayed even upto a month, so it cannot be said just based on your missed periods that you are pregnant.
repeat the test after 10 days if you still do not get the periods.
also you will need to get a ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis done.
kindly consult a obstetrician and gynecologist for further evaluation and management.
